The main difference compared to standard slings:
Point of support is behind the grip (above pivot point), instead of in front of the grip.

PROS
- Very comfortable before and after release
- Fast to pull on and take off
- A slightly more stable rotation of the bow - bow less moves left or right during rotation 


CONS
- The riser must be drilled and then the screw thread must be cut
- Because of drilled hole, resale value of riser would plummet if buyer doesn't want to use this kind of sling
